People there simply don't care about who is the president, they don't bother about the law. They are dividied into several tribes, as Sawarka, Tarabeen...etc. Each tribe has its own president who is selected by age. They have their own law, their own judges, and their own punishments. So, really for them it is a -no issue- who is the President of Egypt, because that wouldn't change their life whatsoever. And expect this to happen in El Nouba, Port Said (either Nour or Gomaa but the Regime knew that this could happen and hence No REAL judges in the Voing committees in this City).
